Your 30-day return window
For eligible items, contact us and return your order within 30 days of receipt. Under this voluntary return policy, jewellery must be unworn and undamaged, with its original packaging and certificates.
Free return shipping within the EU
Email contact@nicolemanson.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please contact us before sending your parcel.
Returns from outside the EU
Return shipping is not free outside the EU. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Ask us to confirm the cost before returning your item.
Custom-made, engraved and personalised orders
These orders are excluded from refunds under this voluntary policy. A credit note for the full order value is provided instead, subject to the return conditions. Please ask us to confirm the applicable terms before placing a special order.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our current processing estimate is approximately 2–3 business days; bank processing may vary.
