Return Window: You may return your order within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt.

Special Orders: For custom-made items, including engraved or personalized orders, refunds cannot be issued. Instead, we will provide a credit note for the full order value.

Free Returns (EU): Returns from within the European Union are free of charge. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

Global Returns: For returns from outside the EU, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process: Refunds (or credit notes, where applicable) will be issued once the returned product is received in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all packaging and certificates). Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take approximately 2–3 business days to appear in your account.
